7. Students should be allowed to pick "extra" classes they are interested in.

8. Teachers should have a clear structure and lesson plan.

9. Students need to be taught respect for others and for learning.

12. Students need to work in groups AND as individuals to become flexible learners.

13. Sometimes a teacher needs to let the student learn for him/herself.

14. Teachers should try many different methods of teaching so that students can be challenged and can learn their best way of learning..

15. I think a good teacher is constantly changing and striving to be better for their students.
