ticket.
 This plan is valid for 1 year and the customer can use his/her 10 tickets in 12
months only.
 Once you buy the plan, the price of the tickets will be fixed to INR 2199 per ticket for
the entire year, and it will not fluctuate even in peak season.
 There are no hidden charges. Prices are all inclusive of taxes and charges.
 Plan is applicable to fly majorly at all the destinations in India.
 The customer can book the date of his/her choice and it is our duty to make you
travel on your preferred date.
 The customer don't have to pay every time he/she fly. Once he/she buy the plan, he
can enjoy every travel on fixed price round the year.
 The package can also be gifted to your loved ones.
 Now you can plan your trips whenever you want at lowest fixed airfare.

STAR PLAN : HIGHLIGHTS
 The customer has to book his travel prior 21 days, and PNR will be issued before 7 days of
travel.
 The customer can utilize one round trip in a month anywhere in India.
 The validity of the plan starts from the Date of Plan Purchase.
 There is no option of flight/carrier selection by the customer. We at alpfly.com aim to serve you
with the best flights available on your preferred date, as we are operating with leading
domestic airlines of the country.
 We prefer to provide direct flight to the customer. If direct flight is unavailable at certain
destinations, the flight with minimum halt time will be provided.
 Tickets will not be issued for any Gazetted Holidays/Festive Dates. However, tickets can be
issued 2 days’ prior to any Gazetted Holidays/Festive Dates.
 Star Plan can be used by one person only. He/She cannot share and change it with anyone from
the allotted 10 tickets inventory.
 During purchase, the individual have to provide Name and Date of Birth of the customer.
 All the 10 tickets will be issued on the registered name.
 After the plan is purchased, name of the member cannot be replaced.

Modes of Payment
Members do not have to worry about the card information getting into the wrong
hands because your bank will authorize the transaction directly without any
information passing to us. Modes are mentioned below:
 1. Online Payments are processed through an online payment gateway system for
the following:
Debit Card
Credit Card
Bank Transfer – It can be done through NEFT / RTGS
 2. Cash (Collection/Deposit)
 3. Cheque (Collection/Deposit/Courier): Customer will be entitled to use the plan
once the Cheque gets honored.
**Collection charges for every cash/Cheque would be Rs.150.
**Collection is applicable only in Delhi/NCR.

Payment Confirmation
Alpfly Member can utilize the services once the payment has been confirmed. If you do
not receive any confirmation from Alpfly within 24 hours, please feel free to contact our

Amendments for Issued Tickets
 Alpfly Member should send email request from the registered email
address to make any amendment for his/her issued ticket.
 Once ticket is made and PNR is provided to you, the ticket amendment
will be subject to availability of new flight / date. It can also cost as per
Airlines Terms and Conditions + Alpfly Service Fee.
 If airline fare rules states that the ticket is non-changeable then
amendments on the same ticket cannot be made. However a new ticket
can be issued under the plan purchased from Alpfly.

Cancellation Policy
 Alpfly Member can cancel the membership at any time within 21 days of purchase.
 Cancellation can be done only by Alpfly Member from the registered account ID or
contact number. Cancellation request can also be done through Alpfly login id.
 Once plan is purchased, and no ticket is issued, then 90% of the package amount will
be refundable, rest 10% is the cancellation fee.
 Once plan is purchased and any ticket is issued, then the entire plan is non-
refundable.
 Once ticket is made and PNR is provided to you, the ticket becomes nonrefundable in
case of cancellation.
 Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10 to 15 days.
Baggage and Special Services
 Members can carry baggage and their personal belongings as per Airlines Rules and
Regulations.
 Special service requests depend on flight’s rules and regulations and subject to
