Summary of Offering
INTRODUCTION ​Enfinitty Ventures, Inc. (EVI), USA and Enfinitty Ventures Pvt Ltd (EVPL), India is
being established to help entrepreneurs succeed. We estimate members to be students,
entrepreneurs, experienced professionals, experts in the field, and investors to bring everyone
together, share their creative ideas, and help each other create value for the society. Initially we
are focusing on RECAL members and the extended family of NIT, Tiruchirapalli. As soon as
possible, we plan to include members of other institutions as well. Membership benefits are
outlined below. Through this platform, entrepreneurs are provided commercially viable
investments to propel their creative ideas and support from our experts. Investors, on the other
hand, will gain opportunities to invest in viable business ideas. All necessary services to this end
are managed through our platform. In addition, through external partners (e.g. Legal, Human
Resources, etc) we plan to provide reliable services at a discounted price. These offerings will
be revised, as necessary, from time to time to continually improve members' satisfaction.

achieve our mission. We are committed to developing a dynamic system to address all
concerns real-time and to be a world class organization.
MEMBERSHIP ​EVI and EVPL are offering promotional offers to all National Institute of
Technology, Tiruchirapalli (NITT) Alumni, Students, Faculty, Staff, Retired Faculty & Staff, and
extended family to become members, to promote entrepreneurship, and provide opportunities
for investors to invest in startups and profitable ventures. All NITT extended family members
can enroll as an Entrepreneur, Investor, Advisor or Volunteer. The regular annual membership
fee is US$ 599 if paid in advance or US$ 59/month or equivalent INR.

Promotional Offer (Expires January 31, 2021 midnight local time)
The promotional offer for NITT family members is INR 2,500 for residents of India, Nepal, Sri
Lanka, Bangladesh & Pakistan and US$ 89 for all others for the ​first year of membership​. This
offer is a once in a lifetime opportunity to become a member of EVI. Everyone must enroll by
January 31, 2021 midnight local time to receive this offer.
Membership Benefits
All members:

and to bring out the best and most creative ideas
4. Unlimited counseling via text, messaging & email
5. Minimum 30 minutes of 1-on-1 consultation available four(4) times/yr
6. Access to checklists, forms, and templates for start-ups (Starting March 1, 2022)
7. A Mentor will be assigned to work with all members
8. Able to participate in all public deals and trainings
9. Able to submit deals monthly for evaluation, assistance or funding
10. Receive all necessary support, including up to full funding, if deals are selected by EVI
Investors (additional fee must be paid to EVI ​#1​
):
1. Domain experience or expertise is optional. Investment risks lowered significantly by
evaluating deals that are already vetted.
2. Able to parse through a wide variety of deals from various parts of the world.
3. Able to make investment decisions quickly.
Advisors/SME (will pay portion of earnings to EVI ​#2​
):
1. Require a minimum of 5 hours/week gratis guidance to entrepreneurs. Time beyond 5
hours/week can be billable based on what the Entrepreneur buys.
2. Able to contribute to areas of interest.
3. Able to be more efficient. Requires no administrative work.
4. Able to make extra money through paid services.
5. Able to learn of other interesting areas by interacting with other advisors/SME.
