Two men charged with theft




                                     A 31-year-old man from Sliema was given a two-year jail term suspended for four years and
                                   placed under a two-year supervision order after he pleaded guilty to several counts of theft.
                                   Roderick Zammit was charged with stealing several items, including cash, to a total of less than
                                   €233, from a place in Gzira, car registration plates, also from Gzira and a cash register
                                   containing more than €233. Keith Cremona, 25, of Valletta, was granted bail against a personal
                                   guarantee after he pleaded not guilty to stealing several items, including cash, to a total of less
                                   than €233, from a place in Gzira and car registration plates, also from Gzira. He was also
                                   charged with relapsing.
