2. A. Perbedaan Bentuk Aktif dan Pasif
Pada bentu active, orang,
binatang, atau benda yang ditunjukkan oleh
subjek dikatakan melakukan sesuatu pada
yang lain.
Sedangkan, pada bentuk passive,
orang, binatang, atau benda dikatakan
menderita sesuatu karena tindakan pelaku
yang lainnya. Berikut ini pola kalimat
bentuk pasif:

3. 1. Aktif : A cat kills a mouse
Di sini, binatang yang ditunjukkan oleh
subjek yaitu “A cat” melakukan sesuatu
pada seekor tikus.
2. Pasif : A mouse is killed by A cat
Tobe Verb3
Di sini binatang yang ditunjukkan oleh
subjek yaitu seekor tikus menderita sesuatu
karena perbuatan si kucing.
4. B. Mengubah Bentuk Aktif ke Pasif
Bila kalimat diubah dari bentuk Active
ke Passive, objek untuk kata kerja
aktif menjadi subjek untuk kata kerja
pasif. Contoh:
Active : Linda can make tarts
