• The word "laundry“ literally
means cleaning.

• Definition: can be defined as the act of
concealing the transformation of income or
profit from illegal sports and corruption into
ostensibly "legitimate" assets.

1- Placement Stage:
ultimate aim of this phase is to remove
the cash from the location of acquisition
so as to avoid detection from the
authorities.

is the movement of funds from
institution to hide their origin.
