I am deeply passionate about education (children and adult learning), HR, and people development. Being a part of people’s growth and helping them to achieve their goals are the main reason why I love my job as an educator. Furthermore, training is a learning experience that involve the educator and the trainee to share together to gain more knowledge and inspirations which the benefit can be implemented in daily lives or/and at work. I have principles to be honest in work, focus, target oriented and always curious. Moreover, I always try to think in circle to understand what people see, think and feel.
