2. My name is Alexandra Alzate Ospino. I was born in Cali city, on October 29 of 1997, in a clinic called Clinica Blanca at 11:30am. My weigh was 2500 grand my length was 47 cm. My parents are called Alexander Alzate and Patricia Ospino. My dad was born in Cali city and my mom was born in Barranquilla city. But the biggest part of her life has been in Cali. They met each other in 1987 and got married in 1995. I was born in a Christian home. My parents are pastors of the Iglesia Cristiana Hosanna. Always share with family and my parents went along with a radio program called “Altar Familiar” where families get together and read the Bible and pray for the children parents and children by parents. It is a shared quality time family. My parents have taught me Christian values to get a good quality or life and learn to behave well and know my fellows to submit to authority.
3. When I was born the first person who took me in his hands was my dad. He described me as a baby with eyes wide open looking all over the place; also that my skin was pink and my lips where red. He was happy to finally have the change to embrace me in his arms. The first people who arrived were my aunt and one of my mom´s friends. I received a lot special gifts. Later on, when I started babbling, the first word I said was water. My parents were very excited about the event, and they keep on celebrating all the time my new word! When I was four months old, I went to San Andres for the first time. I had an awesome time there; playing in the sand with the best company ever: my parents! When I was 7 months old I liked to bite the people who bothered me. The people who I used to bite were my cousins and they didn´t say a word! When I was 10 months I started to walk and began to learn the numbers from 1 to 10. During my first birthday party I met a girl named Daniela, now at days we are very good friends.
4. I started my kinder garden at Bennett School when I was 3 years old. During the first week I was happy but in the second week I cried all the time and didn’t want to stay at school. The first play that I participated at was called “El Arca de Noe”; my character was a zebra and it took place at the Jorge Isaac´s theatre. At that age I also went to Georgia – Atlanta, when we arrived I was very excited and curious. At that age I also met a friend called Valentine but her nickname is Leco. When I was 6 years old my first teeth went out of my mouth. At that age I also began to like doing sleepovers with my special and close friends. My seven year old party was celebrated in the club called Club Cañasgordas with all my friends and family. During that birthday I received a very precious gift: a dog! I called it Muñeco. He is a shitzu with white and black spots. When I was 9 years old I met Andrea and Maria Paula, some friends from school. At that age I also went to San Andres with my friend Leco.
5. When I was 11 years old I started playing soccer and I began to practice it. I like it because I think it is a sport that can be played everywhere; all the times you can have fun. At school I have always been an A student, I usually enjoy my time there. When I turned 12, my parents decided to make a surprise party. We had a very nice time, with a lot of my friends who were invited. Now in 2010 I am finishing up 5th grade and I’m happy because I have increased my sports skills. I´m a little scared to start 6th grade but I’m leaving all my trust in God. I want to be excellent student in 6th grade. Now at days, during weekends I’m having fun with all my friends, preparing parties to really have fun. All my parties I share them with my very good friends. I took the decision to wake up a little bit earlier to read the Bible and pray. It has been a really big effort, but with the practice I’ll do it better. I’m also trying to talk to people about God and his great love.
6. Finally, I will like to share that I have a beautiful family! Actually, my parents will celebrate their 15th anniversary this coming date: October 28th. Also, I will like to share that one of my special hobbies is to watch movies and when I do so, I like to be concentrated to be able to enjoy them fully. Usually, I like to watch the same movie many times. My favorite color is pink and I love eating chicken heart´s. This was my life until 2010!
