“ Others Keeper “
                                                                                      WEEK

Is this terminology you are familiar with ?
If so, what does it mean to you ?
Ask Yourself ………

Do YOU have a role in ensuring safety standards are maintained ?

Do YOU feel confident in approaching colleagues and pointing out their
  safety errors ?

What is YOUR reaction if you are approached because YOU are behaving
  in an unsafe manner ?

Is it the job of the Safety Team to find all safety hazards and unsafe acts ?

How would YOU feel if YOU could have prevented someone from being
injured, but did not act ?

Last week 2 Sembcorp people acted as
“Others Keepers” when they recognised the
risk and probable outcome of a dangerous
Quote from the activity – and then did something about it.
Health & Safety Law
Poster …… 3 men working together had failed to
“Take reasonable recognise unsafe work at height as a hazard,
care of your own either for themselves or for each other.
 and other peoples
This action potentially saved the life of one
health and safety” or more of these men. We need everyone
to act as Others Keepers, to help us
achieve our safety goals of No Injuries

                     Stop, Think and Consider
And also ….. get your colleagues to Stop , Think and Consider if you
                     see them acting unsafely
