salt, eggs and spearmint, all mixed and
cooked on a slow fire.
4. TaratorTarator
Tarator is made
of yogurt, cucumber, garlic, walnut,
dill, vegetable oil, and water.
KačamakKačamak
The dish is made of cornmeal. Potatoes, white
cheese or kaymak are sometimes added. Similar
to the Abkhazian abısta, Adige mamıs,
Italian polenta and Romanian mămăligă, it is
prepared by boiling the mixture until it is thick.
5. SachSach
Sach is a clay plate, on which the fried
products in most cases without the fat.
Use any kind of meat - pork, beef,
chicken, vegetables and mushrooms.
Katmi (PKatmi (Pancakesancakes))
There are also risen disc of rare yeast
dough and baked in a special clay pot flat -
hot plate. After firing, brushed with butter
and served with honey or jam.
