5. Our Blends
The art of post-blending requires a tremendous amount of research, knowledge and
experience; we have refined this skill to a science over the last 3 generations. This
process ensures the highest level of consistency in our products, even as nature
changes the basic composition of our green coffee beans.
7. Sergio is from Naples, Italy and has 22 years of experience mastering the truly
artisan methods of roasting coffees using traditional Italian methods.

that machines alone simply cannot. Each batch is post-blended to
produce the perfect color, carmelization, and composition in our coffees.

13. Our New Facility
After 28 years in Seattle, we have moved our Roasting Plant twenty minutes South to
Federal Way, WA. Our new facility boasts 40,000 Square Feet of combined
production/warehouse and office space â over twice our old plantâs size. We are ready to
handle our continued market expansion with this great new space.
