This is a short presentation about my recent work done at my current organisation during the first four months for your kind persual . This would give the brief insight about how could I assure the organisational growth with my services if given a chance .

2. Highlighted Points
•Joined GETIT on 19 th November & started operating call
centre from 24 th of November.
•Success fully established process within month & started
delivering the numbers as committed to Management.
•Average Attrition till date 3 %.
•Successfully achieved the target of 5Appts/TSE/day from
second month onwards.
•Successfully achieved the target of 50k/TSE/Month from
Dec month onwards , whereas the target was for 6 months .
•Successfully established coordination between sales team
& Tele Calling team .
•Achieved Avg of 1 Lac / TSE / Month consecutively for Feb
& March 2012.
•Was appreciated by Mr. Dinesh Rao & Mr. Sanjeev Gupta for
the benchmark achieved during the past 5 months tenure
in the organisation .

•At the time of joining entire process was scattered, there was
lack of coordination between all the departments.
•Data Management was the major problem at starting.
•Daily training (Tele calling scripts)
• Daily Performance Review, feedbacks, call monitoring,
escalations.
