As a result of a set of
   researches it became clear
that there was not a set of
qualities distinguishing leaders
  from non-leaders. However
you can say is that some
 qualities are often associated
     with leaders. It includes
  knowledge, communication
   skills, ambition, emotional
      balance and the like.
The work of managers is to
  ensure that staff works
       efficiently in an
 organization. To achieve
this, it is clear that leaders
must know what motivates
            people.
Frederick Herzberg
The group of factors bringing about
                  satisfaction were called 'motivators'.
They include things like a challenging
                     job, responsibility, advancement,
                     recognition, achievement, career
prospects etc. These factors give rise
                           to positive satisfaction.
Herzberg called the other group of
                    factors 'hygiene' or 'maintenance'
                 factors. These include company policy
                  and administration, salary and fringe
                      benefits, job security, quality of
                       supervision, relationship with
                       colleagues, job security, work
                   conditions, status and personal life.
Abraham Maslow These factors are considered to be
                    only 'dissatisfiers', not motivators.
The main aspects of activity of the leader
consist in the following:

1.Communicate Daily With Employees
2.Transfer Leadership’s Optimism
3.Leadership Shares the Vision
4.Leadership Builds Relationships
5.Leadership Creates Purpose-Driven Goals
6.Leadership Nourishes the Team
Mistakes of the leader in corporation
1. Do the work yourself because you are faster or better
2. Focus on tasks instead of results
3. Avoid change
4. Missing motivation
5. Absence of mission, vision and the purposes in the company
6. Ignoring the impact of organizational culture
7. Not showing appreciation
Recommendations about elimination of mistakes of
                 leadership in corporations
1. Never delay a decision that must be made.
2. When leaders want something specific done, they say
so specifically, using clear, plain language. Leaders do
not use hints, implications, or innuendos. They say what
they want, and use plain language.
3. Never answer every employee's every question.
4. Make your expectations clear, then back up a bit and
give employees room to do their job.
5. Employees need their managers to be leaders.
Employees don't need a shoulder. They simply need the
instructor.
To be a good leader you need to have
    some understanding in three
          different spheres:

1) The Organization

2) Yourself

3) The Others
