• “ZDS bike shop aim is to produce top bicycles in the
industry, which could benefit our company and the wide
number of consumers. Also, our aim is to please customers,
shareholders, and retailers because it is our belief that each
stakeholder is intrinsically connected.”

 The two expensive bikes in shop.

 Brand Advertising: 3,000,000 in total for advertising and public relation
Management Analysis
 The beginning year was competitive year for us.
 We only produced one product which was Adventures bikes.
 At a low, price we were experiencing difficulties because of a heavy
competition.
 We realize to change our strategy by increasing the price of bikes which
would lead to increase profits.
 In 2017, we produced another product which was a Racer bike we increase
the price of it so we were competitive.

We could made efficient decision every year.

 Opportunities:
Moving to other market: rollerblades, skates, and scooters.
Increase advertising by inviting famous sports celebrities which
leads to profiles events.
The new strategy we will take is venturing to foreign market which will
expand our business.

The competitors market share was very high with effective products.
Expansion is hard in the new market because of many competitors
