The beginning year was competitive year for us.
We only produced one product which was Adventures bikes.
At a low, price we were experiencing difficulties because of a heavy
competition.
We realize to change our strategy by increasing the price of bikes which
would lead to increase profits.
In 2017, we produced another product which was a Racer bike we increase
the price of it so we were competitive.

Opportunities:
Moving to other market: rollerblades, skates, and scooters.
Increase advertising by inviting famous sports celebrities which
leads to profiles events.
The new strategy we will take is venturing to foreign market which will
expand our business.
