CAPT (REV FR) LS BEBA (N/13166) is an officer of integrity and
intelligence. He was taken on strength at the HQ JTF (“Op
Restore Hope” and later “Op Pulo Shield”) on the 20th
January
2011 and was immediately attached to the 3 Battalion Unit
Church of DCS (RC). During the period under review, the Officer
showed commitment and dexterity in his duties and
responsibilities. He is characterized by a high level of thoughts
organization and administrative acumen. He possesses a
profound sense of discipline, command and control. He is very
resourceful, regimental with good communication skills. During
the period under review, the Officer tremendously improved
the spiritually and physical growth of the Unit (troops and their
families) by his untiring and relentless counseling together with
the celebration of sacraments. The Officer in addition, erected
valuable physical structures such as the church hall, toilet
facilities, and the fencing of the church surrounding as it was
required by the higher authorities in view of the security
situation in the country.

my rating.
