Contarctual Terms , Conditions, Duties & responsibilities of Security Service provider and Guards
Terms & Conditions
1. Three nos. Guard (Non Gunman) to be provided everyday for day and night ( 1 for day & 2 for night)
security and patrolling inside and the gate of the Lingaraj Residency Apartment on 12 hrs basis as
per timing mentioned in point 3.
2. Security Guard to join the duty everyday including Sundays and holidays.
3. Timings will be 6AM to 6PM and 6PM to 6 AM or as necessary or as Agreed.
4. Guards after entering the complex and joining duty are to make their attendance everyday in the
register provided for the purpose. In case of absence proportionate charges will be deducted and
association will not be responsible for the same.
5. The security service to be provided at a monthly contract value for Rs. 19500/- (Rs. 6500/- for each
Person).
6. Proportionate additional payment to be made in case of additional duty (If any) required by the
association.
7. Invoice for each month shall be raised at the end of each month in favour of LINGARAJ RESIDENCY
FLAT OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION and payment to be made within 10th
of every month on
receipt of the Invoice. However, in-case of any delay in payment for any reason thereof, there will
be no interest or surcharge/ additional payment will be made on account of delay in payment.
8. Guards deputed for the duty shall not misbehave with any resident or visitors or guests. In any case
of query/ request or information regarding any matter of resident or visitors, the guard to ask very
politely. In case of any matter/ dispute beyond their control is to be informed to the executive
members of the society for necessary help or advice.
9. In case of leave prior information to be given to the office or office bearers and for the absentee
security organization has to provide the alternative guard with all these directions made clear to
him.
10. In case of any guard found guilty of not performing his duty consciously or properly, he will be
considered to be absent on that day and in case of continuous default, the guard had to be replaced
from duty immediately, otherwise no payment will be made for the period during the default is
noticed and informed.
11. Guards have to make the arrangement of their stay by their own. However the Association may
permit the stay on their own wish.
12.Guards can use the common toilet of the association and keep it clean after use.

13. The security service contract shall be for a period of One year from the date of Signing of the
contract, unless otherwise terminated for any cause as per term mentioned below in Clause no. 14.
14. The service contract can e terminated by either party by giving one month notice.
15.The Service agency shall provide details of the Guards deputed for service with identity and proper
verification to the association. Preferably the Guards deputed for service should not change
frequently and incase of any change prior information to be given to the association, and the Guard
should be well informed with the requirement of the association.
16.The Service provider should inform and keep informing the local police station about the guards
deputed for duties time to time.
17.The agency shall be responsible for all statutory liabilities, accidental liabilities, health liabilities etc.
of the guards deputed for duties to the association, and the association will not be responsible for
any sort of liabilities any time.
18.The guards deputed to the association shall not ask for any favour to any resident of the residential
complex or members of the association for any act or service. However members/ residents may
favour the guard for any service provided to them except the normal working hour and without
hampering the normal duties and responsibilities.
19. At no matter and no time the post should be laid vacant, and the agency will be held responsible for
any loss or dispute happens there after on the absence of the security guards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor entry and exit of the Vehicles.
2. Recording entry and exit of vehicles, persons (Excluding the residents of the complex), vendors, service
providers, drivers, visitors, Maids etc…
3. One guard to monitor at the entrance and the other to monitor the back side of the building at Night.
4. Marching of guards inside the complex area time to time and do alarming in regular intervals
5. Check and control un-authorized parking inside the complex. See the visitors to park the vehicles at
designated place and not at the entrance or in front of any parking space. If space not available Visitors
should be asked politely to park the vehicle outside the complex with the ease of other vehicle
movements.
6. Check and control movement of vehicles of residents, and their smooth parking.
7. See and control unauthorized intuition inside the complex.
8. Verify, check and monitor /control suspicious article, things and persons inside the complex.
9. Pumping of water at different times for refilling the tanks of different Blocks, keeping in mind
less-overflow and misuse of water.
10.Switching on and off for complex lightings at required times, and to see the electricity not to be
wasted.
11.Guards to attend the intercom phone calls and transfer the same as and when required.
12.In case of any dispute, information to be passed on to the Society members and Executive members.
