working with Zach Levens the summer of 2016.
Zach is a remarkable youngman.Smart, honest,hardworkinganda youngman withan incrediblybright
future andan evenbetterattitude.Itwasmyabsolutepleasure tohave hadthe opportunitytoworkwith
Zach. I cannot tell you how impressed I, we (then entire district staff) were with Zach.
WhenI beganthe taskof lookingforinterns,thissummer,Iinterviewedover20applicantsandI hadthe
firstchoice,asIwasthe agentspearheadingthe project,forthe entiredistrict.Zachwasthe firstinterview
I had. I clearly remember how impressive he was. I thought to myself if all of the applicants are as
impressiveasZach(Ihiredhimonthe spot) Iwasinforaveryproductive summer.Well theyweren’t Zach
blew all of them out of the water.
Zach handledeveryprojectwithconfidence,professionalismandwitha“sure thing”attitude unbefitting
his age. He is a bright, talented and earnest young man and I hope to know him in the future, if for no
other reason as to tell people I know Zach Levens and he is my friend. If Farmers were to have the
opportunitytohire Zach Levensinanypositioninthe future,we wouldbe sorely mistaken to not do so.
Zach workedona varietyof projectstoinclude butnotlimitedtosocial mediamarketing,traditional mail
campaign, organizational tasks and internal sales efforts as well as external sale efforts. As a result of
Zach’s efforts our office became more efficient and effective.He worked closelywith other interns and
proved to be a leader and was just better at most tasks then other interns.
