Education
2010–2014 Bachelor, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China,
84.4/100.
Bachelor of Communication Engineering, Communication Engineering Department
2014–2016 Master, Technology University of Eindhoven, Netherland, 7.5/10.
Master of Electrical Engineering (Mixed Signal Microelectronics Group)
Experience
2016.2–
2016.11
Master thesis Low Power CMOS Inverter Based Gyrator-C Bandpass Filter
for Medical Application, Philips Healthcare, Eindhoven.
Learning about the gyrator and gyrator-c inductorless bandpass filter. Taking use of CMOS
inverter to realize the gyrator and build the gyrator-c filter. Analysing the non-ideal effects
to the performance of this filter and validating with simulation on cadence. Checking
whether this filter can be a good substitution for traditional LC bandpass filter on medical
application.
2015.9–
2015.12
Internship Low Power CMOS Reference Voltage Generator Design, TU/e,
Eindhoven.
Using cadence to design a reference voltage generator. Besides, using a duty cycle block to
help stabilize this voltage and a LDO circuit to help amplify this voltage so that it can be
used for various application. The whole circuit can offer a temperature independent 560mV
voltage from -20 degree to 115 degree with a 0.85V power supply.
2015.4–
2016.7
Project High Linearity Mixing DAC Design for RF Transmitter, TU/e,
Eindhoven.
Working with a team to realize a 12 bits high linearity mixing DAC for RF transmitter. This
mixing DAC can achieve an IMD3 of 87.4dBc when fLO = 2GHz.
2014.11–
2015.1
Project Ultra Low Power Amplifier circuit Design for Medical Sensors, TU/e,
Eindhoven.
Working with a team, using cadence to design a 2 stage ultra-low power operational amplifier
circuit for biomedical image sensor. The closed loop gain of this amplifier can achieve 30dB
with a bandwidth below 15KHz.
2011.11–
2013.6
Innovation Fund Project, UESTC, China.
Using the mobile phone to control the LED light on PCB board. Writing a C program to
control the microcontroller, making it can receive the short message from a mobile phone.
Based on the information from that message, turning on the corresponding LED light.
