2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY :
This report is completed as a partial requirement of my internship. As I was working in kumbhi kasari co-
operative bank ltd kale. I got the opportunity to know the customer perception and satisfaction level of
customer at kumbhi kasari co-operative bank ltd kale, I had to work in the bank under the guidance of bank
manager shri Arun.B.Patil. For this report I had to collect all information from different written
document,and books as well as online bank web sites. In this report I try to cover up a clear overview of
kumbhi kasari co-operative bank Ltd kale. My main report on “A study of financial services” with the
special reference to kumbhi kasari co-operative bank Ltd kale. This report divided into some chapters. In
first chapter I talked about my main project topic,Introduction to study and research methodology. In
second part I explain Theoretical background & Also try to make some my own observation and
recommendation in this part. In Third chapter I try to portray the bank overall picture. Like establishment
company goals and achievements whole organization deep information . Fourth chapter and so on I talked
about my main project topic. Here I explain data analysis and interpretation . I have focused on different
stages . I showed it in a sequential bar chart. And finally on organizational overview some finding and
suggestions have made ,And finally concluded that the financial services provided by bank was improved
in customer needs and increase customers and maintain good relationship.
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Objectives are highlighted in this project. This study is to understand the need, scope and
importance of financial services of The Kumbhi Kasari Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Kale. The banking services
are highlighted in this project. As the customers are playing important role so the study of their satisfaction,
opinion and attitudes towards.The Kumbhi Kasari Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Kale. Has done by conducting
survey. Management must think of itself not as producing products but as providing customer creating
value satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a vital role in sustaining and improving hold on the market.
Brief descriptions about the various measures that are needed to improve customer orientation havealsobeen
dealt with. Consider the fact today’s customer face a plenitude of products in every category. Customer will
be having high and raising expectation of quality and service. In the face of their vast choices, the customer
will gravitate to the offering that the best meet their individual needs and expectation. They will buy one of the
basesoftheirperceptionvalue.
1.2 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
1. To study the concept of financial services.
2. To study the different services.
3. To study the customers satisfaction of respondents.

of services.

that need filling.
2. Listing them will help the professional market researchers work out if they are the right ones required for
the decision and action that is planned.

The study study is restricted to Kale city. The analysis of data is done on collected data. The study
is was carried out with extreme enthusiasm and careful planning there are several limitations, which
handicapped the research vise,
a. Time Constraints:
The time stipulated for the project to be completed is less and thus there are chances that some
information might have been left out, however due care is taken to include all the relevant information
needed.
b. Sample size:
Due to time constraints the sample size was relatively small and would definitely have been more
representative if I had collected information from more respondents.
c. Accuracy:
It is difficult to know if all the respondents gave accurate information; some respondents tend to
give misleading information.
1.6 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Methodology refers to scientific procedure for acquisition of knowledge based on
empirical observation and logical reasoning. Scientific methods consist of systematic observation,
classification and interpretation of data. Research methodology consists of procedure for obtaining
knowledge and logical reasoning.

The purpose of the investigation has been clearlydefined theproblem of data collectingarises. Therearetwo types of
data i.e.

B) Secondarydata
Primary Data
Primary data are those collected by the investigator himself for the first time and thus
they are original in character, they are collected for particular purpose. A well-structured
questionnaire was personally administrated to the selected sample to collect the primary data.
Secondary Data
Secondary data are those, which have already been collected by some other persons for
their purpose and published. Secondary data are usually in the shape of finished products. Two
types of secondary data were collected for the preparation of the project work:
InternalData,was generated from company’s brochures, manuals and annual reports
External Data, on the other hand, was generated from magazines, research books, intranet and
internet (websites)

ANALYSIS OR INTERPRETATION OF DATA
DATA ANALYSIS
Analysis is the process of placing the data in an ordered form, combining them with the existing
information and extracting the meaning from them. In other words analysis is an answer to the questions
what message is conveyed by each group of the data which are otherwise raw facts are unable to give
meaning full information. A raw data become information only when they are analyzed and put in a
meaning form.
5. INTERPRETATION
Interpretation is a process of relating various bits of information to existing information.
Interpretation attempts to answer well, what relation existing between the findings to research objectives
and hypothesis framed for the study in the beginning.
FINDINGS OF THE STUDY
1. Major respondents are farmer.
2. Major respondents are opinion that the publicity of the kumbhi kasari
Co-Opertive Bank Ltd. Kale to the people is doing through their relatives.
3. Major respondents have long relationship with kumbhi kasari Bank.
4. Large customers are satisfied with services provided by the kumbhi kasari Bank.
5. All most all respondents are opinion that the staff of the bank is helpful.
6. Major respondents are opinion that the bank’s transaction requires 15 minutes
7. Major respondents feel the procedure of loan of this bank is easy
8. Major respondents are influenced from high safety of the kumbhi kasari Co-
Operative Bank.
SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS
1. The Bank may provide online or Internet Banking Service.
2. The bank may provide credit card and debit card service to customers.
3. Still there are some respondents opined that loan procedure as complicated. Hence,
society can follow this problem and make it easy to one and all.
6. 4. With regard to banking products and services, customers respond at different rates, depending on the
consumer’s characteristics. Hence Kumbhi Kasari bank may try to bring their new product and
services to the attention of potential early adopters.
5. Bank should seek for their consumer feedback to know whether the customers are really satisfied or
dissatisfied with the service and product of the bank. If they are dissatisfied, then the reasons for
dissatisfactionshouldbefoundoutandshouldbecorrectedinfuture.
CONCLUSION
In short, I would like to say that the very act of the concerned management at the Kumbhi Kasari
Co-Operative bank in giving me the job of critically examining consumer satisfaction towards financial
products and services of the company is step in their continual mission of making all round improvements
as a means of progress.
I am sure the bank has bright future to look forward to and will be a trailblazer in its own right.
