SharePoint needs were met
• Provide supervisory support for a team of five Marines as part of our organizations
Information Technology Service Desk, which supports 800 users
• Advise the Communications Officer on matters pertaining to tactical employment,
planning of data communications systems, and Cyber Network Operators
• Manage and account for 216 assets within the present unit
• Delegate tasks to members of unit to increase productivity and efficiency
Cyber Network Operator, Combat Logistics Battalion 31, Camp Hansen • Okinawa, Japan
October 2012 - September 2014
• Performed duties and managed a Helpdesk for Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st
Marine Corps Expeditionary Unit, as a Cyber Network Operator in support of
approximately 400 personnel
• Was one of a few Cyber Network Operators with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit to
be chosen to configure and monitor servers aboard four naval vessels: The USS Tortuga,
USS Bonhomme Richard, USS Germantown, USS Denver, and USS Ashland from
January 2013 to April 2014
• Supported 100-200 user accounts and maintained accountability of secret classified hard
drives while aboard naval vessels
• Responsible for setting up functional data networks in remote areas of Thailand,
Australia, South Korea, and Japan
• Learned how to incorporate satellite communication into the data networks used in
Combat Operation Centers
• Created system control center standard operating procedure documents
• Assisted in composing an in-depth process and procedure manual to be utilized as the
standard guideline for future trainees
