approximately $10.

I give my child permission to participate in the after school Choir Club. I understand the Choir
club will meet on Tuesdays after school in Music room 305. Club will not meet when school is
not in session.
Choir Club will meet after school on TUESDAYS until 5:15 p.m.
Students may take the late bus at 5:15 or arrange for parent pick-up.
