Dressed in blue tutus, wigs and feather bowers, a few of the Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC) team toured Wessex, awarding prizes to teams that have been nominated by their organisational patient safety leads in celebration of the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) World Patient Safety Day on Tuesday, 17 September.
