1. Mr Wesley Kutner
To Whom it may concern :
Wesley Kutner worked onboard the 45m catamaran SARHA as Head Chef from July 2004
until January 2005.
Wesley joined initially as part of the Summer charter temporary crew, helping us out at short notice, and
through his ability, attitude and hard work became part of the 20 strong permanent crew. Wesley left
SARHA on good terms following a restructuring of the ships crew and location.
During the busy Summer Wesley was responsible for running a 9-strong galley team catering for 20
permanent crew, 40 part-time crew and upwards of 40 extremely demanding guests. Having come straight
into this situation from cold, he performed all his duties with skill and aplomb and, most importantly, with
great sense of humour and perspective. It was a great relief for me to know that the galley was in safe hands
during the twelve week period that the ship was on charter, 24 hours/day.
Professionally, Wesley has a very broad range of culinary skills and is equally at home providing varied and
nourishing meals for a large crew, day in day out, as he is providing beautifully prepared and executed dishes
for a large number of guests.
On a personal note, I wish him every success in his future employment and have no hesitation whatsoever in
recommending him for any chefs position on any yacht whatsoever.
