Our Services In More Detail
Initial Phone Screenings
● We manage setting up the phone appointment with the candidate. (We can
reschedule up to 3 times per candidate’s request, if you allow it.)
● Phone screenings verify basic knowledge of technical experience claimed on
a candidate’s resume (up to 6 different topics per call).
● Typical screenings take about 15 minutes, and result in a Skills Matrix report
we give you, along with a letter grade for each skill.
Initial Phone Screenings, cont.
● We have 1500+ questions in our technical library as of late 2015, covering a
wide range of technical topics.
● We also provide notes on the client’s demeanor and the general nature of the
call in our screening report, paying particular attention to behavior that seems
suspicious (e.g. “He/she seems to be reading from something” or “It sounds
like someone is whispering to them in the background”)
● We can incorporate any mixture of your screening questions, questions from
our library, or questions from your client’s interview process
Stronger Screening Tests - Coding Exercises
We can administer coding exercises of varying levels of difficulty, giving you
much greater confidence in the strength of your candidate.
● We support many popular languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, C#)
● We have several hundred algorithmic coding challenges, well categorized as
easy, medium, and hard
● We administer an online coding session, watching what the candidate is
doing, and optionally staying with them on the phone for the exercise duration
(this greatly reduces the possibility of cheating)

the candidate’s coding exercise report:

  • 4. Our Services In More Detail Initial Phone Screenings ● We manage setting up the phone appointment with the candidate. (We can reschedule up to 3 times per candidate’s request, if you allow it.) ● Phone screenings verify basic knowledge of technical experience claimed on a candidate’s resume (up to 6 different topics per call). ● Typical screenings take about 15 minutes, and result in a Skills Matrix report we give you, along with a letter grade for each skill.

Initial Phone Screenings, cont. ● We have 1500+ questions in our technical library as of late 2015, covering a wide range of technical topics. ● We also provide notes on the client’s demeanor and the general nature of the call in our screening report, paying particular attention to behavior that seems suspicious (e.g. “He/she seems to be reading from something” or “It sounds like someone is whispering to them in the background”) ● We can incorporate any mixture of your screening questions, questions from our library, or questions from your client’s interview process

Stronger Screening Tests - Coding Exercises We can administer coding exercises of varying levels of difficulty, giving you much greater confidence in the strength of your candidate. ● We support many popular languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, C#) ● We have several hundred algorithmic coding challenges, well categorized as easy, medium, and hard ● We administer an online coding session, watching what the candidate is doing, and optionally staying with them on the phone for the exercise duration (this greatly reduces the possibility of cheating)
