Procedure for submitting CA Examination Form Online
Step 1: Create Your Account:
For submitting the examination form online, the 1st step is to register a new account.
Creating new account is mandatory for everyone and the users who had created login account for any
previous exams also have tocreate a new account. Your new account will be authenticated with your
1. Student Registration number,
2. your date of birth,
3. your email-id and
4. mobile number
It is advisable to double check your email-id provided by you in theabove step, since the login-id and
password created by you for fillingup the application form would be sent to this email address and
mobile only.
Please Note: In Case your Name is not displayed on entering theregistration number and Date of
Birth, you can still create the login asa PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct
particulars. You mustsubmit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents withyour
application form in case your login is created as ProvisionalCandidate.
Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:
After having successfully created your account, login with your username
and the password sent to you by email.
Fill up the Online Application form for CA CPT carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the
Confirmation Pageand Pay the Fees Online using Master / Visa Credit or Debit card.
Step 3: Take print out of PDF form :
After having paid the fees, you are requested to take the print out onA4 sheet with Portrait
Orientation. You are requested not to print onboth sides of the paper.
Check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particularsare appearing correctly in
PDF before taking the print out. In case ofany issues please report to onlineexamforms@icai.in
Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature:
Paste your Photograph, Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get theform attested by
Principal/Member of the Institute

Step 5: Send the Print Outs to ICAI
After having affixed your photograph and having signed the ExaminationForm,
Send the printout of the form by SpeedPost/Registered Post without folding and Super scribing the
envelope so as to reach ICAI before 28-10-2011 at the below mentioned address
