Duties of Internee:
Understanding the concept of human resources (Introduction to HR) and HCM (Human
Capital Management).
Learning about the features of Oracle’s HCM systems (Oracle E-business suite, Fusion,
and Taleo).
Learning about customer relationship management (Introduction to CRM).
Familiarizing with Oracle marketing, sales, and services systems and their features.
Understanding the concept of enterprise resource planning (Introduction to ERP).
Learning about Oracle financials, enterprise asset management, projects and Endeca.
Understanding the concept of supply chain enterprise performance management (EPM),
specifically, Hyperion and Business Intelligence products.
Understanding the concept of Technology (Introduction to Technology).
Learning about Oracle’s database and middleware.
Familiarizing with all the types of Oracle products in the market and see demos about
them.
Discussing the challenges faced by enterprises prior to having Oracle products.
2. Preparing at least one Power Point presentation pertaining to the subject discussed and
presenting it to the trainers.
Learning how to present an Oracle product to a client.
Time period for the Internship: From June 30 till August 1
