- Draft: Only secretary & accountant can
create the Transfer Disbursement and the
item must be ‘unbilled’.
- Submitted: Only secretary & accountant can
create the Transfer Disbursement and the
item must be ‘hold’.
- Approved: Only lawyer can approve the
Transfer Disbursement and the item must be
‘unbilled’.
Note:
1. The ‘transfer’ will not affect the
Timesheet record
2. In Draft: we can delete the Transfer
Disbursement.
