· I started outon special projectsin reviewingloansthatUSB acquired and another
company wasservicingthemand their contractwascomingdue. I hadto go through
the portfolio andverify who theowner of the property was andif therewereany
assumptions. Then they moved me to followingfor real estatetaxes thatwerepast
due. In this position,I had to call theclientthroughany phonenumbersI couldfindon
any of their systems. If I found they could no payin a reasonabletime,then the loan
would gettransferred to Special Assets Group.. Then they moved me to Team 1 which
reviewthe downgraded accounts to madesuretherewereno red flagstandingout. A
red flagcouldbe,they forgotto filetheir namestatuswith theirstate’s Secretaryof
State; real estatetaxesnotbeing paid;deceased guarantor. You had to complete13
reviews a day fromthequeues,and I could notkeep up. I think my previous
background gotin my way.

Then I moved to Small Businessand wasthereuntil theend. HereI was Loan Support;
DocumentPreparation;CreditAnalyst,then underwriter. Thelast1 yearsI worked on
the Portfolio MonitoringTeamwhereI was followingon renewalscomingto maturity
in 90 days,whereI wouldsend letters to thecustomer requestingfinancial
information. Atthe end of 30 days,theaccountswentto the 60 day person,then the
30 day person. Thisisa very crucial position. You don’twanttheaccountsto go past
maturity. When I wasin thisposition,I never had anaccountgo pastmaturity. We
worked closely with theRelationship Managersin thefield. I also had to reviewour
