WHO CAN BE OUR PWPs for Model I and registration charges
• Existing FTTH Franchisee/Franchisee/Cluster Partners with good record of providing FTTH
connections/BSNL services shall be eligible to become Public Wi-Fi Partners (PWP).
Registration charges shall be applicable.
• Any registered/partnership/proprietorship firm/Society including existing Telecom Infra
provider, having minimum turnover of Rs 2 lakhs per year during the last three consecutive
years shall be eligible.

WHO CAN BE OUR PWPs under Model-III and charges
The firm shall be a company registered/incorporated in India under the Indian Companies Act,
1956 or 2013.
The PWP or its parent company firm shall have minimum annual turnover of INR 1 Crore each
during last two financial years i.e. 2018- 19 & 2019-2020. The Annual Report/ audited accounts
certified by Auditor for the above two years to establish the turnover shall be submitted.
PWP or its parent company shall have experience of installing Wi-Fi Core & access infrastructure
in India/abroad with working access points/Wi-Fi Hotspots. A Self certificate in this regard shall

Empanelment Fee: PWP shall be required to submit a non-refundable empanelment fee of Rs. 1

Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): The PWP shall furnish PBG of Rs. 5 Lakh valid for 4 years
from the date of signing of the agreement. BSNL reserves the right to take necessary action for
cancellation of the agreement and forfeiture of PBG in case of non-performance by PWP.

Procedure for On-boarding the PWP / PDO for BSNL WiFi Project:
For Model 1 and Model 2:
Step 1: Signing Agreement:
As per the policy guidelines, once the installation of the hotspot equipment is complete, Circle has to
Sign an agreement with Vendor.
Step 2: Hotspot Configuration in BBNW:
Circle have to ensure that Installed Hotspot in configured in BBNW system
Step 3: Vendor Creation in ERP:
Circle has to create Vendor Template and get Vendor Code from ERP.
There is no change in the customer Master creation process in ERP; the customer Master for
PWP WIFI is to be created in the similar manner as is created for other Channel Partners by
the SD L2 of the respective circle. Only Following new Price List and Customer Group is to
be selected at the time of creation of Customer in ERP:-

Vendor has to purchase stock for starting the sell. The stock can be purchase using Cash sale from
ERP or Instapay Portal.

If manual sale order is created then material code – 52000616 (PM WANI STOCK TRANSFER)

Steps for doing NEFT/RTGS Payment:
 User need to go to Bank page for doing the NEFT/RTGS Payment
 User should login to the Bank account using internet banking
 For the first time user need to Add Payee the details mentioned below
Beneficiary Name: BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED
IFSC CODE: SBIN0004266
Account Number: (Account number shared after addition) eg BSNLWIFI1234567890
Type of Account: Current Type
 After successfully adding the Payee, user needs to make a NEFT/ RTGS payment to the added Account.
 After successful payment, the amount will be credited to the wallet
Step 7: Signing Agreement with Bill desk for online amount realization to PWP account
If PWP Vendor wants to opt for online sell of Stock to PDO (reseller), PWP have to sign an
agreement with Bill desk for online stock sell. Once agreement is signed, a sub-biller id will be
allotted by Bill desk to each vendor, which is to be shared over mail to agmadevhyd@gmail.com for
wallet Creation from BSNL mail id.
Step 8: Create Resellers under Master Vendor wallet
Reseller (PDO) can be on boarded under PWP using FTTH admin by either Vendor or Circle.

WHO CAN BE OUR PWPs for Model I and registration charges • Existing FTTH Franchisee/Franchisee/Cluster Partners with good record of providing FTTH connections/BSNL services shall be eligible to become Public Wi-Fi Partners (PWP). Registration charges shall be applicable. • Any registered/partnership/proprietorship firm/Society including existing Telecom Infra provider, having minimum turnover of Rs 2 lakhs per year during the last three consecutive years shall be eligible. Broadband Network Circle Broadband Network Circle 11/1/2021 7 years shall be eligible. • The registered/partnership/proprietorship firm/Society shall have worked with Telecom Service Provider(s)/ISP(s) for minimum 1 year. • Model I: One time Registration charges (non-refundable) of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand rupees only) and applicable taxes shall be taken at the time of registration.   • 38. WHO CAN BE OUR PWPs under Model-III and charges The firm shall be a company registered/incorporated in India under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 or 2013. The PWP or its parent company firm shall have minimum annual turnover of INR 1 Crore each during last two financial years i.e. 2018- 19 & 2019-2020. The Annual Report/ audited accounts certified by Auditor for the above two years to establish the turnover shall be submitted. PWP or its parent company shall have experience of installing Wi-Fi Core & access infrastructure in India/abroad with working access points/Wi-Fi Hotspots. A Self certificate in this regard shall Broadband Network Circle in India/abroad with working access points/Wi-Fi Hotspots. A Self certificate in this regard shall be submitted. Empanelment Fee: PWP shall be required to submit a non-refundable empanelment fee of Rs. 1 Lakh plus applicable taxes along with the agreement in the form of DD in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, New Delhi. Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): The PWP shall furnish PBG of Rs. 5 Lakh valid for 4 years from the date of signing of the agreement.
