Having expertise in Cargo management he has handled wide
spectrum of goods from pin to plane. Few of his early clients were
Motorola, Air Deccan, TYCO, GE, Spice Telecom, etc. Supports clients
on all export, import challenges.
18. Our First Project in 2009- 10
Our client was interested in understanding market
potential, challenges in the business and also the
alternatives for organized market entry for Organic/
Natural food products.
Our action research with the farming communities
brought visibility on what really is organic/ natural food.
We also learned how to find the real organic products
and devised methods to procure the same. We studied
for more than six months on the market potential in
various cities, consumer behaviour, buying patterns,
Customer segments, Cost, availability of the products,
etc.
We ended up in conducting a pilot project on viability
of selling organic/natural products through various sales
channels for them for three months period..
With our recommendation could save millions in
investments and worked a turn around strategy to
venture into organic food industry.
