Victoria González is a 23-year-old Chilean entrepreneur who has lived abroad in Peru and the United States. She has a passion for ballet, having trained internationally and achieved a Level 6 certification from American Ballet Theater. In 2022, she started a handmade jewelry brand called Estigia to apply her business knowledge and creativity. She is looking to pursue a Master's degree at IE to gain new skills and experiences to further her career in the fashion industry.

3. About myself
My name is Victoria González, and i am 23 years old.
I was born in Santiago de Chile, but in 2006 because of
my father job, my family and I moved to Lima-Perú. I lived
in the famous city known for its gastronomy for 10 years,
until i graduated from school. Later on, i decided to move
back to Chile to go to university.
This experience made me expand my vision of the world
and be amazed by different cultures. Getting to know a
different country, adapting yourself in it and making new
local friends, was very pleasant experience.

5. When i turned 9 years old, i discovered Ballet.
The way I felt dancing was indescribable. I started
practicing until i got better day by day, and when
my technique got better, I was able to participate
and win in different competitions and summer
intensives in different countries, such as Mexico,
Argentina, Perú and United States.
The disciplined, perseverance and
professionalism i had for Ballet, made me achieve
a Level 6 certification from American Ballet
Theather.

6. My entrepreneurial side.
On of the things I am very passionate
about, is fashion and styling. That is why in
2022, i decided to create a handmade
jewelry brand, as a way to apply the
knowledge studied in business and to
developed my creativity. The brand was
called Estigia.

7. Hobbies
As for my hobbies, i try to connect with myself
and disconnect from accelerated lifestyle. Take a
time to recharge my energy through:
Painting.
Reading.
Running.
Journaling.
Trekking.
Trying new sports.

8. Education opens new doors. I believe that expanding my knowledge will bring me the
tools and skills i need to developed myself in other profesional environments. This will
bring me new soft skills as well, that will complement my personal development.

Looking at the future.
My passion for fashion keeps growing. I believe that the knowledge and new
experiences I will continue to acquire will make me a great candidate to work in a
fashion house. I could contribute with my knowledge and gain new ones from such a
fascinating industry.
