Victoria L. Ford has over 25 years of experience in education, behavior analysis, and human services. She received a master's degree in behavior analysis from the University of North Texas and has been a highly qualified special educator in Arizona since 2004. Ford currently serves as the department chair at Kyrene Middle School in Tempe, Arizona where she was awarded the Kyrene School District Inspiration Award in 2008. She has extensive experience developing and evaluating language and accountability programs for those with developmental disabilities.
