This document provides a blue print and design plan for a Computer Science theory exam for Class XII. It outlines the following:
1) The content will be divided into 7 units covering topics like C++, OOP, data structures, databases, Boolean algebra and networking. Weightage of marks is allocated to each topic.
2) Questions will include very short answer, short answer type I and II, and long answer. Weightage of marks is allocated to each question type.
3) There will be no overall choice - all questions are compulsory.
4) Questions will be designed to target easy, average and difficult difficulty levels respectively.
Two sample papers and marking schemes are also included

• About 20% weightage has been assigned to questions testing higher order thinking (HOT)
skills of learners.
