Victor Manuel Ramirez lslas completed a Spanish translation project for the Jubilee Centre for
Character and Virtues, at the University of Birmingham, between February - July 2015. This role
involved the translation of the content of an academic research centre's website
(www.jubileecentre.ac.uk).
This project was a large scale translation project divided between two posts and was completed over
a 6 month period. Victor worked remotely and reported weekly on his progress demonstrating
excellent communication skills. Victor approached the task systematically and provided clear, well-
structured documents, all completed to a high standard. Victor demonstrated good time
management during his work on this project. Victor was also able to quickly build good working
relationships with those involved with the project and showed an attention to detail to a high level.
