Vladimir Putin, in starting the war against Ukraine on February 24 on the
basis of false assumptions, made a huge mistake that cannot be corrected,
Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the founder of Open Russia, expressed this opinion at
the Atlantic Council in Washington. According to him, Putin is confident that
he is waging war with NATO and the United States on the territory of Ukraine,
