totalling 787 employees; and additionally substituting for another division with 540 employees.
Responsibilities: Crop cultural operations, harvesting, manufacture and processing; maintenance of
property, vehicles and housing; represent company for legal issues related to property and personnel;
enlistments, dismissals and disciplinary action as per labour law; annual budget for income, expenditure
and production; all payments to 1300+ employees and suppliers.
