Public Health Nurse August 2011-Current
Investigations of reportable communicable diseases and outbreaks, documentation of data in the state
surveillance system. Provide guidance, resources and education to individuals and community health
partners involved. Management of Maternal Child Health caseload, providing education, support and
referrals to community resources and agencies. School Nurse Consultant to Head Start School and
collaborate with the Early Head Start home visiting program in Beloit, WI. Lead Prevention services
and case management of elevated lead cases. Development, coordination and presentation of health
and wellness topics to specific audiences. Participation in community Health and Wellness Fairs.

school immunization clinics, and providing immunization education and referrals to staff and student
