2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
AS A MEP BIM MODELLER & CO-ORDINATOR:
 Preparing the Model for MEP service.
 Coordinating with all other MEP Services, Structural & Architectural
model by using clash analysis in Revit MEP.
 To make clash free models with help of other services.
 Preparation of detailed modelling for MEP service with Sections, 3D
views, Enlarged views, Annotation, Quantity schedules & Title sheet
setting.
 Creating and updating the Revit families.
 Walking through the model using Navisworks to enhance the quality.
As a HVAC DRAFTSMAN:
 Preparing various types of HVAC system drawings as follows,
 Detailed schematic diagram for air distribution and chilled water
distribution, based on heat load calculation.
 Planning space to accommodate the equipment and services on the
architectural floor plans.
 Placing the air terminals on the interior layout and distribute the air to the
area to be air conditioned or ventilated.
 The detailed layout of Air conditioning, Ventilation & Chiller Plant room.
 Schedule the material Quantities. (Equipment, Duct, Chilled water piping,
Duct/Pipe Accessories, Thermal & Acoustic insulation.)
 As build drawings based on the inputs from constructed site.
 Release of Approval / GFC / As Built Drawings.
 Coordinating with Architect & Consultant.
