Vadym and Others:
It is my pleasure to offer this letter of recommendation on behalf of Vadym
Basysty. I recently worked alongside Vadym and others in Khmelnytskyi to
undertake a project to advance the capacity of local nonprofit organizations.
Vadym played a strong leadership role in the creation of a series of seminars
conducted in September and October of this year, including
Enlisting and training other team members, especially people skilled in
translating English and Ukrainian.
Participating in team meetings to develop a curriculum and plan the
project objectives and strategy.
Recommending promotional channels and methods to encourage
participation by local nonprofit groups.
Speaking in front of large groups.
I am especially impressed with his desire to work selflessly, for the common
good of his community. His work was crucially important to the success of the
project and I look forward to the next opportunity to engage his many
talents.
