SOLLICH FAST LANE- A DIGITAL SOLLICH EXPERT IN YOUR FACTORY
AZO GmbH (along with their long standing partner Vedic Pac-Systems) and Lindor (with their local representative FPT)
successfully conducted a webinar on 3rd March, focused on AUTOMATED SOLUTIONS for the TEA INDUSTRY.
The webinar touched upon making complex tasks in the Tea Industry made easier with innovative and smart solutions from AZO
and Lindor.
Webiner sequence was as below.
1. A brief introduction by Vedic Pac-Systems.
2. A detailed explanation on big bag & sack unloading,
pneumatic conveying solutions by Mr. Steffen Throm of AZO
3. An introduction to Lindor and FPT by Mr. Sirjan Kochhar
4. Mixing and Aromatizing solutions explained by Mr. Bastian
Soetemon of Lindor.
The webinar was well appreciated by industry leaders and experts and
concluded with relevant questions from the attendees.

Theegarten-Pactec is now setting new standards for synergies relating to
performance and flexibility, with their newly developed CHS primary
packaging machine.
The modular CHS high-performance packaging machine specially
developed for the gentle packaging of chocolate products now achieves
an output of up to 1,800 for the earlier capacity of 1,200 products per minute.
The CHS is especially flexible with regard to the possible wrapping style:
Nine different wrapping style such as double twist, protected twist, top twist,
side twist, foil wrap, envelope fold, bottom fold, side fold and Viennese
fruit fold are possible without any problems whatsoever. Additionally, the
machine allows quick changes of folding type and format within only
four hours. These can be carried out by only one operator. The
operator is supported by a user guidance system integrated into the
machine and a lighting concept that illuminates the relevant
areas of the machine.
CHS enables high-capacity utilization throughout the year, even with
increasingly shorter product life cycles, and guarantees a high level
of investment security for buyers.
They can react quickly to new market requirements, such as
changes in the dimensions of chocolate products, and retrofit
them cost-effectively and flexibly for new formats or wrapping style.
While previous product lengths were packed from 16 to 45 mm,
the news system offers a spectrum covering 16 to 60 mm. they
have also adjusted the width – previously 12 to 25 mm, now
12 to 35 mm – and is therefore opening up even more
application possibilities for its customers
The global digital change is growing rapidly worldwide.
The changed conditions, provoked not least because of the Corona pandemic, required many digital
functions and working methods which are already common practice today. Sollich machines now
come equipped with Fast Lane, a secure digital service connection that enables live communication
between the plant and Sollich service experts.
In addition to the daily communication with customers, the virtual support during installation and
commissioning of machinery and equipment has established itself worldwide. In case of malfunctions
or problems, a machine which is equipped with a “Fast Lane“ module can be reconditioned and
optimised quickly by a qualified Sollich expert. The Fast Lane accelerates trouble shooting with time
saving and precise remote diagnostic which helps in minimizing downtime and maximizing system
efficiency and production.
The Sollich Fast Lane provides a faster connection between Sollich and customers by streamlining all
operations concerning the equipment.
