I Executive Summary
Raising money for families in need are always great but to utilize other platforms to be able to reach the
goal amount is exciting. Marshawn Lynch is creating an event that allows streamers to hop on Twitch,
YouTube and Facebook stream to play any game of their pick that will entertain our audience and have
them donate to our event. We are looking to raise $25,000 by the end of February to be given to does
families who have been truly affected by the pandemic.
II Background
History
Getting this event up and going the first year was a challenge and defiantly made my team and I realize
that, even through all the adversity we still managed to reach our goals for donations and some. We have
something special going on with this project so moving on to year two of this event, we were able to
maintain our sponsorship deal with Easports and with doing so, gave us ability to add more gifts like,
give-away items for those who donate and for those who helped with this event.
Requirements
Technology is becoming an major part of society and with new technology comes opportunity for
companies to get instant results right away and build connections with people from all over the world. .
Marshawn Lynch is partnering up with Esports and his charity brand, Fam 1st Family to help raise money
through streaming platforms. We as a brand notice that due to the pandemic, families are not able to
provide for their families and we just wanted to help in the safest way possible by utilizing streaming
platforms like Twitch, Youtube, Facebook and etc to help raise the money we set for this year. We went
down this route because we notice that the global video streaming market is expected to grow at a
compound annual growth rate of 20.4% from 2020 to 2027 to reach USD 184.2 billion by 2027. (Grand
view research 2019) This will allow us to reach a wide range of people and utilize these streaming
platforms to grow our brand awareness with a different audience group.

Solution
Fully 15% of adults report that they personally were laid off or lost their jobs because of the coronavirus
outbreak. with that being said, those who have become unemployed are now put in a position where they
need to survive and jump at the first opportunity they get to support there family and pay their bills. We
are looking to become a aid to those people in need through the platforms that we have access to.
III Proposal
When talking about our event, "Stream 4 Dreamz" we are dedicated to providing motivation and hope to
the families in need. Being able to give back to those who need help is our number one mission so, we are
partnering up with Esports to help gain funds that we will raise through gaming and streaming. We
understand that people are going through tough times during this pandemic and if this event can bless
those families in need then we will feel accomplished and happy as a whole organization.
Goals and Objectives
1. Raise at least $5,000 by the end of each event day
2. Increase Fan engage by 5% with giveaways and questions
3. Increase brand awareness by 10% with promotion through social media and other platforms
Deliverables
Every event/project produces deliverables which form part of the solution that solves the business
problem or opportunity. These deliverables are key to the success of the event/project and they also define
the scope of what must be produced. Therefore, it is critical that you list all of the key deliverables that
are to be produced in as much depth as possible.
Use the following table to describe deliverables to be produced by the event/project. Note: a deliverable
is something that is produced that is handed over to the customer at the end of the project, as part of the
solution. It might be a new product (T-shirt dedicated to the event), a new service (a mini web site or
app), etc.

• Risks: A risk is defined as “any event which could take place in the future that will prevent the
event/project from producing the deliverables on time or on budget.” For instance, a risk might be
