 Created a faster accounted-for system for high-use standby supply. Kept and up-to-date
inventory of over 512 consumable item worth over $103K. Increasing engine output to an
engine every two shifts.
 Lead a team of 50 in damage control efforts and training for ship qualifications and drills.
Trained 3 personnel in communications for main reporting and lead positions.
 Lead a team of 6 in running and managing religious services department and morale and welfare
for the USS Nimitz.
 Scheduled and trained 2500 sailors within a two month period in Suicide prevention and
awareness. Making the whole ship have an overall awareness of suicide and giving the whole
ship tools to see and assist when others are in danger while giving them resources to aid them.
 Assisted in getting a co-worker a raise in rank and pay while training them for next position and
needed qualifications.
