ACCOMMODATION
With us, you can stay in a
traditional B&B Guesthouse
that has been at service ever
since the 1940s or in 10 fully
mobile AuroraHut glass igloos.
All our booking rates include a
buffet breakfast at our
restaurant and access rights to
the sauna located in the main
building.

Arctic Guesthouse & Igloos'
guesthouse has been at service
ever since 1940s. From the
guesthouse you can find rooms
for many needs as we have
options available from single
rooms all the way up to a two
bedroom apartment that is
suitable even for full families.
The two main buildings have 17
rooms in total with almost 50
bed places available. All the
rooms are rustic guest rooms
that give credit to the history of
the guesthouse, although all
the rooms are equipped with
modern amenities such as a
TVs, fridge, coffee makers and
electric kettles.

and old fashioned guesthouse
rooms that have been mostly
left to their original state to
respect the old traditions of our
legendary Inn.
The rooms are equipped with
modern amenities also as you
can find your own TV, fridge,
microwave, coffee maker and
electric kettle in all of the
rooms.
Many of the rooms also have a
beautiful view to lake Ranua
which makes it possible to
enjoy beautiful landscapes
directly from your own guest
room.
Most of the rooms also have
their private toilet and shower
facilities. Breakfast and access
rights to the electric sauna of
the guesthouse are included.

historical lakeside sauna
Our lakeside sauna was built
after the wars in 1940s.
The gentle steams of the old
wooden stove in idyllic
surroundings take you to the
very heart of Finnish traditions
and to the older times.
The lakeside sauna is always
warmed up at the request of
our guests and it is also
possible to take a dip in lake
Ranua during both summer and
winter season.
The historical lakeside sauna is
most definitely something that
you should experience at least
once during your stay with us.
This is what the finnish sauna culture is all about!

ALL OUR FOOD IS PREPARED USING FRESH AND
DOMESTIC INGREDIENTS.
Arctic Guesthouse & Igloos'
restaurant is at your service
throughout the year. We are
open daily from 11am to 8pm.
Breakfast is included in all our
reservations and it is served at
the restaurant from 8am to
9am.
In addition to breakfast, we
offer sweet and savory snacks,
cold and hot drinks, and the
option for lunch and dinner.
The daily dining starts at 11 am
and continues until 7 pm.
We have food available for
many tastes: no matter if you
were vegetarian, vegan or meat
and fish lover, we always have a
great option available for you.

many tastes. All our food is
prepared using fresh and
domestic ingredients.
We are also able to cater larger
groups at the same time as we
have capacity available for
more than 30 people at one
time.
