내수용: 분말 7.5KG/지대, 경화제 5KG/플라스틱 드럼
수출용: 분말 20KG/ 플라스틱 드럼, 경화제 20 KG
MANGANA 내수용: 10KG/종이박스 수출용: 20KG/플라스틱드럼
수작업시:
1 통(5.0KG 기준)에 분말(7.5KG)을 먼저 1/2 가량 넣고
저어가며, 나머지 분말을 조금씩 넣어가며 혼합한다. 혼합상태는
기포)이 없어야 하므로, 확인한 후 사용한다.

때도 같은 방식으로 충진한다.

DECK(VERTICAL)일 경우:
20mm 두께(Coaming 길이 160mm 일 경우)로 MANGANA PUTTY
되도록 세밀히 시공 후, 혼합된 KVM 을 1 차 20~30mm
대기온도에 따라 6~24 시간 경과 후 1 차 충진 된 건조상태를
부분을 충진한다.

MANGANA 의 시공 작업 시 적당한 MANGANA 의 온도는
일반적으로 외부온도가 낮거나 동절기에는 MANGANA 가
MANGANA 의 온도를 25~40℃정도로 데워서 사용하면 편리하다
MANGANA 의 시공 작업 시 KVM 이 흘러나오지 않도록 정확히
COAMING 에 CABLE 의 사용량이 많지 않거나 한쪽으로
공간에 MANGANA 시공을 한 후에는 낙하를 방지할 수
시공상태를 재확인한 후 조치하여야 한다.
MANGANA RETAINING COMPOUND 대신 KVM 으로 RETAINING
배합비율을 조정하여 RETAINING 용으로 사용 가능하다
3 : 1 경화제 정도의 비율로 혼합하여 반죽하듯 주무른
대기 한 후 흘러내리지 않을 정도의 점도를 확인하고
사용공구 및 작업장 주변청소는 가능한 빨리 보통의 물을
세척하거나, 헝겊 등을 이용하여 닦아낸다. (단, 시공된 KVM
주의한다.)
대기온도에 따라서 다소 차이는 있지만 보통 6 시간에서 24
소요된다.
경화는 상이하므로 건조과정중에는 케이블을 움직이거나
충격을 가하지 않도록 한다.
완전경화까지 4~8 주가량 소요되지만, COAMING 주변온도가
경우에는 완전경화까지 8 주이상 소요된다.
건조하고 직사광선이 없는 밀폐된 장소에 보관할 경우 무기한
개봉 후에는 빠른 시일 내 사용하고, 잔여자재 보관
보관하여야 한다.

and A-60 decks and bulkheads and KVM complies with the requirements of SOLAS 1974 C

KVM SEALING COMPOUND is used for fireproof, gas- and watertight cable transits for Class A
60 decks and bulkheads and KVM complies with the requirements of SOLAS 1974 C
2010 FTP CODE.
<Instructions>
KVM consists of powder and hardener(liquid), which are made of entirely inorganic raw
by weight 3 : 2 (powder : hardener)
by volume 2 : 1 (powder : hardener)
domestic: powder 7.5kg/bag, hardener 5kg/drum
export: powder 20kg/drum, hardener 20kg/drum

KVM SEALING COMPOUND ---- MIXING TABLE IN OUR CATALOGUE
Our mixing table is based on our standard mixing volume and gives the ready
mixed sealing compound a liquid form which easy can be poured into the transit.
However, our sealing compound is so flexible in its mixing ratio that you can vary
the moxing ratio quite considerably i.e. ;
You can reduce the amount of hardener and thereby getting a compound which can
be formed as "Putty" , used as retaining putty is so wanted. NB. WHEN MIXING
A VERY THICK COMPOUND YOU WILL HAVE A VERY SHORT; REPEAT SHORT
HARDENING TIME, DEPENDING ON TEMPERATURES BOTH IN THE TRANSIT
MATERIAL AS WELL AS SUROUNDING TEMPERATURE.
You are also able to use up to abt. 5% more hardener, making the compound even
more liquid.
WHEN MIXING A THINNER COMPOUND THE HARDENING TIME WILL BE LONGER,
AND THE LEAKING POSSIBILITY WILL BE SOMEWHAT INCREASED.
Our calculation table is suitable for our new 160mm long transit without our
MANGANA retaining putty, when using KVM as retaining seal mixed very thick and
preinstalled as ordinary putty and then the more liquid sealing compound to be added,
with standard mixing ratio.
A transit with square 100mm × 100mm and 160mm length, 40% cables needs
abt. 1.2kg KVM SEALING COMPOUND.

MANGANA RETAINING COMPOUND 대신 KVM 으로 RETAINING 배합비율을 조정하여 RETAINING 용으로 사용 가능하다 3 : 1 경화제 정도의 비율로 혼합하여 반죽하듯 주무른 대기 한 후 흘러내리지 않을 정도의 점도를 확인하고 사용공구 및 작업장 주변청소는 가능한 빨리 보통의 물을 세척하거나, 헝겊 등을 이용하여 닦아낸다. (단, 시공된 KVM 주의한다.) 대기온도에 따라서 다소 차이는 있지만 보통 6 시간에서 24 소요된다. 경화는 상이하므로 건조과정중에는 케이블을 움직이거나 충격을 가하지 않도록 한다. 완전경화까지 4~8 주가량 소요되지만, COAMING 주변온도가 경우에는 완전경화까지 8 주이상 소요된다. 건조하고 직사광선이 없는 밀폐된 장소에 보관할 경우 무기한 개봉 후에는 빠른 시일 내 사용하고, 잔여자재 보관 보관하여야 한다. MANUAL NO.:DIK-KVM-P REV NO.02 PAGE.07 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN KVM SEALING COMPOUND ---- MIXING TABLE IN OUR CATALOGUE Our mixing table is based on our standard mixing volume and gives the ready mixed sealing compound a liquid form which easy can be poured into the transit. However, our sealing compound is so flexible in its mixing ratio that you can vary the moxing ratio quite considerably i.e. ; You can reduce the amount of hardener and thereby getting a compound which can be formed as "Putty" , used as retaining putty is so wanted. NB. WHEN MIXING A VERY THICK COMPOUND YOU WILL HAVE A VERY SHORT; REPEAT SHORT HARDENING TIME, DEPENDING ON TEMPERATURES BOTH IN THE TRANSIT MATERIAL AS WELL AS SUROUNDING TEMPERATURE. You are also able to use up to abt. 5% more hardener, making the compound even more liquid. WHEN MIXING A THINNER COMPOUND THE HARDENING TIME WILL BE LONGER, AND THE LEAKING POSSIBILITY WILL BE SOMEWHAT INCREASED. Our calculation table is suitable for our new 160mm long transit without our MANGANA retaining putty, when using KVM as retaining seal mixed very thick and preinstalled as ordinary putty and then the more liquid sealing compound to be added, with standard mixing ratio. A transit with square 100mm × 100mm and 160mm length, 40% cables needs abt. 1.2kg KVM SEALING COMPOUND.
