I have worked with Troy Thomas for the past 17 years as his direct supervisor.
During that period of time Troy progressed from an hourly paid employee to
manager and leader of the companies’ largest department (120 employees),
Transportation. In between he successfully worked as the Twin Falls
warehouse manager, Twin Falls cheese production manager, project
manager. He led and facilitated numerous continuous improvement teams
throughout the years, including winning team of the year on a number of
occasions.
In all his roles he led and developed highly efficient and effective teams, all
critical to the success of the company.
Troy was loyal, trustworthy, enthusiastic and energetic, always seeking and
usually finding ‘a better way’, always incorporating the best interests of the
company into every task and project he worked on.
