Undergraduate Research Assistant
• Designed hardware and software compo-
nents to monitor and calibrate high energy
laser
• Worked with High Energy lasers, and assisted
with performing various experiments, upgrades,
and calibrations to the PetaWatt laser.
• Wrote Labview code that allowed for monitor-
ing of several gate valves and pressure gauges
in critical areas in the lab.
• Created a PCB that interfaced with main
computer running LabVIEW code to operate
valve functions.
PROJECTS
Project Invader Austin, TX. May 2013
Designed 1980's retro style Space Invader game
using a breadboard and an LM4120 ARM micro
controller. Demoed the game to 30 students who
loved our custom boss level.
Project Minesweeper Austin, TX. May 2012
Designed and programmed Minesweeper game
using Java. Created attributes and methods that
support a GUI interface
