This matter is before the Court on the Notice of
Acceptance of Offer of Judgment (Filing No. 29). The Second Rule
68 Offer of Judgment is attached thereto. In accordance
therewith,
IT IS ORDERED:
1) Judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff Jeanie
Zaporwoski and against the City of Omaha and the City of Omaha
Employees’ Retirement System Board in accordance with the terms
and conditions stated in the Second Rule 68 Offer of Judgment.
2) Defendants Buster Brown, Kenneth Kriz, Mary
Beckenhauer, Peter Festersen, Richard O’Gara, Pam Spaccarotella,
Nancy Schober and Paul Murphy are dismissed.
