1. Fanny Pack is Back
Back in the 1980’s and 1990’s fanny packs were commonly used for the sole purpose of
convenience in carrying small items for easy access. You don’t need to carry anything in your
arms or worry about losing anything while walking or running, because you can carry important
item in a small pouch around your waist. It was a replacement to handbags and purses and a safer
alternative to carrying things in your wallet.
The fanny pack, which is typically associated with tourist and has a slightly nerdy image,
became a huge hit. It was such a convenience that it naturally became a necessary item for every
person. However we must not forget the fact that fanny pack was much more than just a
convenient place to hold items, but it was a huge fashion statement. It was a “fashion must” and
an accessory necessary for every outfit. Fanny packs were created in many different styles and
colors, which allowed people to mix and match their fanny packs with their outfits. However
fanny packs started to die down and people started moving on to purses and started using their
pockets again.
Now, a decade later, fanny pack has decided to return and once again become the “fashion must”
and daily necessity in our lives. Fanny packs are still just as convenient as they were in the 1980s
and 90’s and they are just as awesome as ever before. Whether it’s cause you want to go for a
run on the beach, window-shopping at the mall, or going to a dance party, fanny packs are the
best way to comfortably do your daily activities. Fanny packs are pack in even cooler designs
and colors now. There are neon fanny packs, radio fanny packs, and just plain clear fanny packs
as well. Fanny packs weren’t just created to be worn in the 1980’s and 1990’s, and hopefully
we’ll be seeing in more in our culture today. Fanny pack is once again attacking our world today.
