2. We are a young renewable
energy & real estate
investment company.
3. Introduction
The primary purpose of A4 Holdings is to invest in
income-producing projects in various fields, primarily
renewable energy, and real estate. A4 Holdings aims to be
like the Berkshire Hathaway of renewable energy, which
means that it is our aim to own a diverse portfolio of
projects and companies, including offering a portfolio of
subsidiaries as well as investments in other companies.
This diversification will help to ensure the long term
stability and diversification of the assets of the company.
We would like you to help us fund our first project of
many. This is an invitation to join us in our vision to make
capitalism better.
4. Renewable Energy We finished acquiring the Energy & Mining
Promatia Company (E&MP Company) on
April 7th, 2020. E&MP Company, now
A4-E&MP as a division of A4 Holdings, is
going to open the Promatia Solar Project in
Texas A4-E&MP is directed by Albert
Marashy, the former Officer of Operations in
E&MP Company.
As our largest and main division, A4-E&MP
will make up the vast majority of our
portfolio, and is estimated to make up at
least 90% of our assets.
5. Real Estate Our real estate operations are controlled by
A4IRD or the A4 Investment Research
Division, controlled by A4 President
Timothy Schoonover. Real estate is meant
as a way for us to reinvest our profits from
renewable energy in a safe investment. It’s
our more value based investment class.
6. History
A4 Holdings was founded in 2019 by three ambitious
entrepreneurial students wishing to found a company that
could see growth by investing in projects and companies
that benefit humanity instead of causing harm. A4
Holdings decided to raise funds on Wefunder so that the
vision of the company could be taken public, allowing
investors to own a piece of nonconventional assets while
expanding the vision of the three founders towards a
future where capitalism is based more on the golden rule
than the rule of gold.
7. Market
The market for renewable energy is growing.
Hydroelectric, waste, wind, solar, geothermal, and biofuels
remain the largest sources of renewable energy
generation, and biofuels and wind are the two that are
growing the fastest. Despite this, other sources of
renewable energy remain attractive for investors, and all
continue to show opportunities for growth and high
returns on investments while offering investors a way to
include Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) in their
portfolios.
