meetings, dynamic meeting locations, un-availabilities, time slots
duration, SMS gateway for onsite communication, etc.

Event organizers can easily import the event description and the list
of registered participants in Time2:
Create the event in Eventbrite, then use the import button in
Time2 to synchronize the data.
Time2 will keep importing all new registrants every 30 minutes.
Each event attendee gets an invitation to connect on Time2 and
engage with other people.
Event organizers access statistics and reporting and the system will
feed their CRM systems with enriched data.

Participants to events use Time2 before the event starts to update
their profiles, to view the list of attendees and to engage with each
other through the private messaging system and with the contact
request mechanism.
Users will also be able to prepare their visit and arrange meetings.
During the event, participants will mainly use our mobile app to
interact. On larger events, we provide onsite support for networking
in the dedicated Time2 areas.
After the event, users come back to Time2 to revisit some profiles
